the problem with using pre-created icc profiles is that they are 100% not a profile of the specific panel you have. Also panels themselves drift over time. If you dont have a colorimeter, it may be better to just adjust manually to some other reference you have like your phone.

and both the black level and white saturation pages aswell

on my monitor manual, they said panels are factory calibrated and values are emded in edid

but if you're uncalibrated, i doubt it would be gamma that would be different on each OS

not sure how well factory calibrated would work, since it also requires you change your monitor settings (from the osd) to what it was calibrated with

if it’s outside of a color-managed application, it’s doubtful that an ICC profile would change anything at all

an ICC profile has no intrinsic effect (although some also contain GPU calibration data which is automatically applied by some loaders, but yours probably don’t), all it does is tell applications that look at it how colors will look (and from that, how to get a desired color)
